Breastfeeding Benefits and Barriers

This 4 hour live virtual training will focus on dispelling myths and removing obstacles in complex breastfeeding scenarios, such as breastfeeding multiples and returning to work after childbirth. It also explores the historical context of breastfeeding, highlights its unparalleled benefits, and delves into recent discoveries about new components in breast milk that can have a significant impact on even non-birthing families.

Please note, this training’s curriculum closely aligns with Michigan WIC’s Breastfeeding Basics.
